Alex Zayne is back in Ring of Honor, and in his return, he earned a shot at the company’s top prize.
Zayne was a mystery entrant in the Honor Rumble at ROH Death Before Dishonor, and after he came to the ring as the bout’s final entrant, he showcased his signature athleticism against stars like PJ Black and Flip Gordon. In the end, Zayne eliminated Black to win the match; as a result of this victory, he will challenge for the ROH World Championship a future episode of ROH TV.

Zayne previously competed in two matches in ROH before he signed with WWE in 2020. After his WWE release on August 6, Zayne has regained his status as a renowned name on the independent scene.
Bandido currently holds the ROH World Championship, so it’s possible Zayne will challenge him for the gold.
