This week on AEW Dynamite, Cody Rhodes was scheduled to make a special announcement.
Before the show, it was unclear what “The American Nightmare” had up his sleeve. As it turned out, Rhodes introduced the fans to a fellow second-generation wrestler, Brock Anderson.

Broadcaster Tony Schiavone announced that Rhodes will team up with the son of the legendary Arn Anderson next week on AEW Dynamite. The duo will face Aaron Solow and QT Marshall of The Factory. In a preview of this match, Brock got physical on Frday by attacking Marshall after he took a cheap shot at Arn.

Marshall also challenged Rhodes to a South Beach Strap Match at AEW Road Rager on July 7, the first stop on the company’s welcome back tour. The bitter rivalry between the two friends continues to escalate, and it might come to a head at AEW Road Rager.
