WWE is reportedly looking to have a live audience back in the stands for “The Biggest Party Of The Summer.”
This year’s WrestleMania was the first event in over a year to feature a live audience in attendance for a WWE show. Immediately after WrestleMania, WWE returned to the ThunderDome which is currently being held at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida.
WWE’s residency at the Yuengling Center is slated to last until early August and according to a new report from Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, WWE is planning on having live bands in attendance for its next of its quarterly tentpole events, WWE SummerSlam.

Last year’s SummerSlam event saw the debut of the ThunderDome for pay-per-views. The ThunderDome concept itself premiered just 48 hours before on Friday Night SmackDown.
Before the global pandemic, SummerSlam was slated to be held in 2020 in Boston, Massachusetts. Should the event be held in front of people this year, there is no word currently as to where the event would actually be held.
While Raymond James Stadium is located in Florida, where WWE has held all of its events for well over a year now, Raymond James Stadium was also slated to host WrestleMania last year, making for the perfect transition for it to be the venue to hold the event this year.
For WrestleMania at Raymond James Stadium, WWE touted sellout events for both nights of the annual spectacular.
