It’s been a turbulent 24 hours for Adam Cole as the Undisputed face of NXT had both highs and lows which happened to occur on different programs.
Cole happened to be handcuffed and sent to the clink with Kyle O’Reilly on NXT after Cole chased Kyle down after being threatened by him at The Capitol Wrestling Center. However, on AEW Dynamite, Cole’s girlfriend in Britt Baker had a wrestling match of a lifetime in the show’s main event against Thunder Rosa. Cole went on Twitter to not only further the storyline feud with his new nemesis O’Reilly but to also acknowledge Baker’s historic performance.
“These past 24 hours… Kyle is digging a hole that he can’t get out of. I’ve been better than you since 2009, and you hate it. Next time, fight me like a man. Also, my girlfriend is a badass,” Cole Tweeted.

Britt was indeed a badass as she and Rosa beat one another to a bloody puple in an unsanctioned lights out match. Britt came away looking like Stephen King’s Carries with a loss under her dentist’s coat, but she and Rosa went all out in the first ever women’s main event on Dynamite.
