NXT Injury Update On Ever-Rise, Tyler Breeze And Kacy Catanzaro

The latest NXT Injury Report is out and we have some storyline and real-life updates on some of the injuries the yellow brand roster are dealing with.

Kacy Catanzaro was listed on last week’s injury report after being attacked by Xia Li. Kacy later confirmed her real life injury on social media, a partially torn LCL.

WWE’s Matt Camp noted that Kacy’s partner, Kayden Carter, can’t provide a return timetable but she does plan on getting revenge on Li when they face off next week.

The former American Ninja Warrior competitor initally posted the following statement to confirm the injury:

It’s been a tough week.. coming to terms with a partial LCL tear, but working with medical staff to get back as soon as I can. You can’t keep me down.

Catanzaro did not go into further detail about how long she will be out of action, but a normal LCL tear could normally take up to eight weeks to fully recover, depending on the severity of the injury.

In other NXT injury news, Ever-Rise and Breezango are both dealing with being attacked by Legado del Fantasma. Ever-Rise’s Chase Parker and Matt Martel have been medically cleared, and Breezango’s Tyler Breeze is considered “day-to-day” after the ordeal.
