Jeff Hardy took on WWE United States Champion Bobby Lashley on WWE RAW this week. Before the match, Riddle approached Hardy and said they should team up together. Hardy gently turned him down, but Riddle helped even the odds during Hardy’s match with Lashley. When MVP tried to interfere, Riddle stopped him and remained at ringside to cheer Hardy on. Still, Lashley consistently overpowered Hardy.

Still, Hardy persevered. He kept fighting, and he floored Lashley with a flurry of offense. Hardy dropped Lashley with a Twist of Fate, but Lashley nailed him with a Spear. Lashley forced Hardy to tap out to the Hurt Lock. Riddle saved Hardy from any more punishment.
