Tommy Dreamer Hails Seth Rollins as the Central Thread of WWE RAW

Tommy Dreamer explained why Seth Rollins was the central figure on this week’s WWE Raw.

The show took place at the Lenovo Center in Raleigh, North Carolina, and featured a segment with Rollins and Cody Rhodes addressing their highly anticipated match at Crown Jewel in Perth, Australia.

Before Cody Rhodes came out, Seth Rollins was alone in the ring, and the fans chanted the names of several other stars, including singing his theme song and chanting for Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, and Roman Reigns.

Speaking on Busted Open Radio, Tommy Dreamer explained how Seth Rollins connected everyone on the show. He said, “I just keep this thread of everybody intertwined with the whole Seth Rollins and his vision. I even know why it was so integral because this crowd told me so. And how this crowd told me so was through song.”

“When Seth Rollins first came out, man, they were singing his song. Then they’re chanting for Cody Rove then they’re chanting for CM Punk then they’re singing for OTC. They’re singing every single person that is around this guy.”

“Normally, they just sing your stuff or they chant your stuff. But it was such a unique situation, and that’s why I kind of started off with that, because this entire RAW was really about what most or every wrestling program should be about: being the best and being the world champion.”

“Every story has two sides, and everybody believes their own version and we got that tonight. But again, that entire thread throughout the entire Monday Night Raw, live from Raleigh, North Carolina, was… this the Seth Rollins, the Vision, the good guys, the bad guys, the Roman Reigns, the Cody Rhodes, all our top guys.”
