He may have won the Battle of the Billionaires, but he’s not winning a second term. WWE Hall of Famer and 45th President of the United States Donald Trump is projected to lose the 2020 election to Joe Biden. Starting with CNN, multiple television networks and news outlets predicted that Pennsylvania would flip blue, which gave Biden enough votes to topple the incumbent Trump and take the White House.
Before his political aspirations, Donald Trump was heavily involved in several WWE angles in the mid-2010s. Most famously, he was the recipient of one of the worst Stone Cold Stunners in company history during the Battle of the Billionaires at WrestleMania, where the cruel real estate tycoon took Vince McMahon’s hair away from all of us.
The current US president was seen playing golf at the time of the announcement, as he was during plenty pivotal moments during his four years at the head of a deeply divided nation. While the vote count will not be official for some time thanks to the Electoral College process, that same nation was seen celebrating in the streets at Donald Trump’s defeat.
For his part, even as those in his party look to distance themselves from Trump, the failed steak salesman vows to legally challenge a wide array of elections in several states and has falsely declared himself the winner of the presidency for the entire week. Hurt Business CEO Bobby Lashley could not be reached for comment in regards to his former business associate.
