Before Theory’s opponet is revealed Tommaso Ciampa stomps his way down the ramp. Ciampa grabs a mic. Theory walks up to Ciampa. Ciampa tells Theory “not tonight”. Theory backs up. Ciampa says he should have seen this coming. Ciampa isn’t asking himself why Johnny Gargano attacked him. Ciampa knows why. Theory puts his hands on Ciampa. Ciampa decks him. Ciampa goes on to say that for him to get his life back, there can be no Gargano in NXT. Ciampa tries to leave but Theory charges him. Ciampa boots Theory in the face. Ciampa proceeds to toss theory into the barricade over and over again.
