In-Ring Segment: The Undisputed Era
Adam Cole says he did everything he said he was going to do at TakeOver Toronto. Cole successfully defended the NXT Championship against Johnny Gargano. Cole is the greatest NXT Champion to ever live. NXT’s Mount Rushmore would have his face on it four times. Roderick Strong says they should all be draped in gold. They were all cheated. Velveteen Dream’s North American Championship run is on borrowed time. Kyle O’Reilly reminds us all that to win a tag team match you have to pin the legal man. Bobby Fish shows footage proving The Street Profit pin the wrong man. Fish demands that William Regal comes down to the ring and make this thing right.
It’s only a matter of time before they make NXT Undisputed. As the UE walk up the ramp, Jordan Myles walks out on the ramp with his championship opportunity in his hand. Cole laughs and says if Myles makes the mistake of challenging him Cole will break Myles. Cole suggests Myles use his title shot on Shayna Baszler or someone in NXT UK or 205 Live. Cole tells Myles not to make the mistake of wasting the biggest opportunity of his career on getting beat by Cole. Myles walks up to Cole and holds out the contract. Cole reaches for it, but Myles drops it, smiles, and walks away.
