According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com, WWE’s currently announced plans for The Miz and Dolph Ziggler at SummerSlam are going to change. Ziggler has been in a program with The Miz on TV, with HBK taking a Superkick last week on Miz TV. If rumors are to be believed, this is all leading to somewhere we’re not expecting.
It's a red herring. https://t.co/JEKuXYG4yG

WWE has announced the match for SummerSlam as of yesterday’s SmackDown. On the show, Ziggler faced Finn Balor and gained the upper hand when The Fiend showed up to distract his opponent. He won with HBK’s Sweet Chin Music and later cut a promo calling out WWE legends and part-timers.
He did mention Goldberg, a figure who keeps coming up in his remarks. With Goldberg wanting to leave a better impression after a disappointing Saudi Arabia contest, perhaps Ziggler will be Next in line for the WCW legend.
