WWE Hall Of Famer Shawn Michaels has been particularly busy for all of 2018 and looks to keep that momentum going into 2019. The Heartbreak Kid revealed this week that he’ll be starring in an independent film entitled 90 Feet From Home, with the trailer launching earlier today. Michaels would proceed to thank film director Brett Brentman and B22 Films for giving him the chance to work in challenging role.

Michaels made reference to the film in a recent interview on the Edge & Christian’s Podcast Of Awesomeness (h/t Uproxx), as he prepared for his in-ring return at WWE Crown Jewel:
“Before this storyline started, I was doing a movie! I did this independent movie in Texas where I played a younger version with my hair and then I played an older version of me that got sick and everything else, so that’s why I ended up shaving it for the movie.”
So, if anyone else was still wondering why Michaels shaved his head, there’s your reason and still, it looks very strange.
