The Meanie Claus Is Coming To Town

South Philadelphia didn’t just get a visit from St. Nick last night, but Christmas went a little extreme around the streets of Swanson & Ritner as the Blue Meanie may have wrapped a few trees in barbed wire.

And what a better way to spend the most festive day of the year than in the gym with Japanese WWE Superstar, Shinsuke Nakamura. And everyone knows how much Shinsuke loves Advent Calendar chocolate so we found a Advent Calendar App and loaded it up with random exercises and journeyed through the 24 days of Christmas, Strong Style. It almost killed us but we got a really fun and innovative training session and delivered on… Brave Change.
