Kurt Angle Makes A Fan’s Night At ‘Wrestling Under The Stars’
The wrestling roots run very deep between Kurt Angle and Gerald Brisco and it led to a heartwarming moment over the course of the weekend. Angle was at the “Wrestling Under The Stars” event in Niles, OH on Saturday and Gerry Brisco happened to have a friend in attendance. The friend’s nephew is special needs and is a huge Kurt Angle fan. Not long after Gerry sent Kurt a text, Angle was sure to make the fan’s night.
Gerald is the man. Thank you @RealKurtAngle and @Fgbrisco. https://t.co/b1II8FYGSU pic.twitter.com/ZHpZzq5ty3

Darren Young On ‘Celtic Warrior Workouts’
Sheamus caught up with an old friend in Darren Young as he and The Primetime Player did one hell of a leg workout together that had one of the friends toss their respective cookies at the end:
WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here… What a journey Darren Young or Fred Rosser has been on and continues on. Being the first person in the WWE to come-out as openly gay will go down as one of the biggest moments in the company’s history but for me, it must have been the personal toll it took on Darren to keep such momentous thing secret while trying to pursue a career as a professional wrestler for all those years. I really do applaud the guy as all saw was a fella who killed-it in the gym and in the ring, I was never aware of the inner struggle we was going through.
But the WWE and professional wrestling is now a better place because of Darren Young. And NO ONE can deny that… I got in the gym with Darren in LA and I knew it was going to be an innovative session and would involve bands, as he was the first guy I’d ever seen using resistance bands waaay back in the day. His Power Hour session got so tough at the end, one of us ended up blowing chunks. I’m not saying who… You’ll have to watch until the end.
On another note and working-out aside, I was glad I got the opportunity to catch up with Darren Young and learn about his Block The Hate campaign and his work with the LGBTQ+ community. A bonus of meeting up with old colleagues and friends while filming Celtic Warrior Workouts is I get to continue and strengthen old bonds that otherwise would probably vanish. It’s amazing the things we learn about ourselves when we open our minds to… Brave Change.
