At WWE’s Network Special, Starrcade, the event opened up with a special concert with Elias and 16-time World Champion, Ric Flair. Flair, who main-evented the first-ever Starrcade against Harley Race, was elated to be in front of the Cincinnati audience to share the ring with the buzzing Elias.
