MLW Teasing a ‘Blockbuster’ Deal
Major League Wrestling is preparing for a major moment. The promotion’s CEO and former WWE writer, Court Bauer, announced on Twitter that a ‘blockbuster deal’ has been sealed and that MLW is ‘closing out the year making history.’ The likelihood of a major show happening is apparent, but the details are scarce at this moment. The promotion has been making great strides this year following their television return on BEINSports and running a number of shows outside of their home base in Florida,

Former WWE Superstar To Appear On TV Series
Aaron Stevens (best known as Damien Sandow) stated on Barnburner’s No Holds Barred Podcast (h/t to Ringside News for the quote) that he landed a gig on NBC’s Midnight Texas. Since departing from WWE, and a brief stint in IMPACT Wrestling, Stevens left pro wrestling to pursue a career in acting. It seems to be working well as he gained a spot on a major network TV show.
“As a lot of people know I kinda moved out to California, trying the acting thing,” Stevens said. “One thing led to another and I kinda got very, very lucky.”
