Director Announced For Hulk Hogan Vs Gawker Movie
ComingSoon.net is reporting Francis Lawrence is slated to direct the upcoming film Conspiracy, which is one of two films based on the Hulk Hogan versus Gawker trial.
Lawrence is being brought on as director and producer of the film from Blackrock Productions. The film is based on the Ryan Holiday book Conspiracy: Peter Thiel, Hulk Hogan, Gawker, and the Anatomy of Intrigue, and the script is being written by Charles Randolph (The Big Short).

Lawrence, director of three of the Hunger Games films and I Am Legend, said:
“When I read Ryan’s extraordinary book I was totally taken with this story, such an exquisitely contemporary tale, and I immediately had a vision for it as a film. It’s an important and meaningful story, and one I’m excited to tell. I’m thrilled to come aboard and to work with this team.”
