In the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer has reported that Bruno Sammartino‘s cause of death was due to multiple organ failures because of heart issues.
According to the report, Sammartino has been in and out of the hospital over the course of the last few months but wanted to keep it private. Bruno suffered from rheumatic fever as a child which lead to eventual heart troubles later in life.
