TMZ is reporting that a tattoo artist from Illinois named Catherine Alexander is suing WWE and 2K Games. Alexander says that she has been tattooing Orton ‘s back since 2003 and alleges that she owns the copyright to the design.
Alexander alleges that her design is copied in 2K’s WWE games. She says she raised the issue in 2009 and was offered $450.
