Raj Giri of Wrestling Inc. has reported that Jeff Hardy was arrested on Saturday night for Driving While Intoxicated. Hardy was involved in a traffic accident on the Concord Parkway around 10:39pm, and was subsequently arrested by the Concord Police Department. This report was later confirmed by ProWrestlingSheet.com.
Hardy would only be in violation of WWE‘s Wellness Policy if he tests positive for substances “other than alcohol or marijuana.” Hardy already has two Wellness Policy violations that have carried over from his last tenure in the company.
Hardy suffered a torn rotator cuff in September and has not been in action since.
