The Young Bucks Issue Comment on Their Current Ring of Honor Status

As we noted earlier this week, Ring of Honor has offered The Young Bucks new, multi-year deals, and at the time we published the story the deals had yet to be signed.

The Bucks were in-studio with Doug Mortman and Dave LaGreca today for Busted Open’s Final Battle Special. They had this to say about their current contract situation with Ring of Honor:

Our current contract [with Ring of Honor] expires on December 31st. These are our final shows for Ring of Honor for the year…Philadelphia could be, who knows? We don’t know. There’s offers on the table. We’re in a good spot right now. We’re in a really great position where we feel like we have a lot of power. We know that we’re probably the top act here, or at least one of them along with our buddy here [Adam Cole] and the Bullet Club. A lot of people want us, so it’s cool, and we’re happy. We’re happy to be, we’re humble to be in the position we’re in, we have families. First and foremost, we want to get what we feel like we deserve and we want to be able to come home and feed our children at the end of the day. That’s the game plan, just getting what we feel like we deserve.

Busted Open’s Final Battle Special re-airs tonight at 8pm Eastern Time on SiriusXM Rush Channel 93 or any time on demand with the SiriusXM App.
