Goldberg Admits He’s Nuts for Returning to WWE, Why He’s Doing It, Talks Heyman as Lesnar’s Mouthpiece, Getting His WWE Physical, More

Returning WWE star Bill Goldberg was a guest on this morning’s PIX11 News Morning Show hosted by Raw pre-show host Scott Stanford. You can check out the entire interview in the video player below and the following are some highlights.

Goldberg reiterated that it feels great to have the opportunity to be a superhero once again in WWE, and that it’s one of the coolest experiences ever for his son to get to see him wrestle at WWE Survivor Series.

On the relationship between Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar, Goldberg says it’s great that Lesnar has a mouthpiece in Heyman, but that Heyman better not get caught in the “crossfire” on Sunday or Goldberg will kill him.

Goldberg revealed he recently took a WWE physical and the doctor asked him why in the hell he is doing this, and Goldberg admitted he’s “nuts” for returning to WWE at this age. But Goldberg added it’s for a bigger cause than just to prove something. It’s so he can share something with his family, and if he gets to “kill” Brock Lesnar again in the process, then “why not”?

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
