Big Update on Two NJPW Stars Expected to Debut in WWE NXT, News on Who Owns the Bullet Club Stable Name, AJ Styles

Source: The Wrestling Observer

The current plan in WWE is to have New Japan Pro Wrestling stars Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson debut at the NXT TV tapings in March.

As we previously reported, Shinsuke Nakamura is expected to head to the WWE Performance Center in February to begin working out and undergoing WWE medical tests. As for AJ Styles, there had been talk of having him be a surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble match, but when word got out that the NJPW stars were likely heading to WWE, those plans might have been scrapped.

With regards to the Bullet Club stable name, New Japan Pro Wrestling fully owns the rights to the name, meaning it cannot be used in WWE. Doc Gallows, however, owns the rights to the Biz Cliz name.
