As noted, WWE announced strong 3rd quarter financial results this morning, and below are some more highlights from the report:
-The Madison Square Garden WWE Network live event special recently became the most watched Network program outside of standard PPV events.
Steve Austin’s podcast specials and the show “Swerved” also see high viewership on the Network.
-There are plans to expand the Network into Germany and Japan in January. Plans are underway to eventually launch in The Philippines, Thailand and in China as well.

-WWE plans to add about 90 more hours of content to the Network in the fourth quarter, including shows like WWE 24 and Breaking Ground.
-User experience improvements are being implemented into the Network, including search upgrades, the ability to organize content as themed “collections” and allowing non-subscribers the ability to explore.
