Earlier today Chair Shot Reality’s Justin LaBar was the featured guest on the WrestleZone Daily. We have transcribed some of Justin’s comments below and you can hear Justin’s appearance at the 28:00 mark in the Soundcloud audio player.
Justin’s CSR 300 announcement is brought to you by TagMeADate.com. The fist ever dating website for pro wrestling fans.
On his big announcement for Chair Shot Reality’s 300th Episode:
JL: More will come out but I can tell everybody that we are shooting our 296th episode this week. So, 300 is quickly approaching. I believe 300 will fall on the weekend of Survivor Series in November. We’ve had a lot of different guests in the studio. Wrestlers and this and that. That’s great and you never know who could pop up on video. In terms of in-studio I wanted to go in a little different direction. I wanted to do something a little bit different that I knew the fans would enjoy but have never really gotten. In addition to myself, Josh & Brian and hopefully Brit Baker will be with us… another member of our regular cast. In addition to the regular cast in studio for the entire weekend doing analysis, doing some fun interviews, doing some fun segments and games we will have Noelle Foley and Frank the Clown. The “First Couple of the IWC” so to speak. The beautiful Noelle Foley obviously the daughter of the WWE Legend Mick Foley. She’ll be in there, giving analysis and giving predictions. She’ll be talking about her life, who she is and what she’s got going on. Her real life boyfriend Frank the Clown, superfan of all superfans, recognized by John Cena on national television on the mic a couple of times. Frank, he’ll be there, giving the perspective from a superfan from behind the clown make-up. I’ll talk to him and let that be a part of the show, “How the hell did this come together? Why the clown gimmick? How do you do this? How do you afford it?” Just a little flavor for the IWC. Especially Noelle because I know there’s been a lot of interest in her from the past year or so. Happy to have to have them join us for the big show.
On whether he thinks we will see Brock Lesnar vs Steve Austin at WrestleMania 32:
JL: The percentage of it happening is greater than it’s ever been. Just in terms of the fact that we are having this podcast and Austin’s been so prevalent with the WWE these days. The fact that Mania is in Texas and they want to sell that place out. The chances are greater than they’ve ever been but they are still very small chances.
On the Alfred Konuwa, Ryan Satin & Bill Apter joining him as regular weekly contributors on the WrestleZone Daily:
JL: That’s a great line-up. That’s going to be great for the fans. All of those guys. Ryan I have known the shortest amount of time but I’m building a report’ with him. He’s definitely a guy who’s got his connections. He’s got his inside track so he’s worthwhile. Bill has many years and Bill has been very good to me. Obviously, you’re right, he’s the “OG” without a doubt. Without him none of us would be doing what we are doing. Of course, Alfred is one of the great minds.
Justin will be back next Monday, and every Monday, on the WrestleZone Daily at 12:30 pm EST right here on WrestleZone.com
