On the legacy of 2CW:
BH: We are going out on top. We made the call. Josh (2CW Owner) had some consiglieri meetings with the people he trusts most and we decided to end this thing Sopranos style. Breaking Bad style. Go out as big as we can and not try and hang on to something and go out in a bad way down the road. We want to go out on top. It’s been ten years. We won PWI Indy of the Year three times back-to-back. We’ve made so many guys and given so many people opportunities. Guys who go to Japan now. Jay Freddie and Pun Van Slyke. Even to get Kevin Steen to the level where he could become Kevin Owens; same with Luke Harper. For me to get to work with so many legends from Duggan to Piper’s Pit to Sgt. Slaughter… an incredible time in my life. 2CW. I’ll always owe Josh for the moments he’s made. That’s what we’ve been lucky to do is dream book. We don’t want to limp off in to the night. We want to go out on our terms. In ten years of 2CW we’re gonna bring it home so strong.
On what fans can expect from the final three 2CW show:
BH We’ve already got Eddie Edwards, Gargano, 2 Cold Scoprio… Matt Hardy’s gonna face Sean Carr in his hometown. So, we’re going to have (former) TNA Champ versus the 2CW champ. Young Bucks obviously are our tag champs. There’s four or five huge names I can’t even reveal that we are working on yet. Those are names that are going to be revealed and are all bombshells in their own right.
In the full segment Bin talks further about the fans of 2CW, may of the people behind the scenes who helped make the company work, his personal plans now that 2CW is closing it’s doors, more
