Dixie Carter Confirms TNA Hall of Fame Induction at Impact Wrestling *Spoiler*

TNA President Dixie Carter confirmed via Twitter last night that she did in fact induct company co-founder Jeff Jarrett into the TNA Hall of Fame.

The segment was taped for a future episode of Impact Wrestling that should air within the next 4-5 weeks on Destination America. That being said, it’s not live television so they could always insert the induction segment anywhere they want.

Jarrett joins ‘The Icon’ Sting, Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle and both members of Team 3D – Bully Ray and Devon – as the fifth member inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame since its formation in 2012.

It’s believed that TNA originally wanted to bring in AJ Styles for this year’s Hall, and would likely have made the announcement at Slammiversary and held the ceremony at Bound for Glory. There were even reports stating the company wanted to showcase one final match for the ‘Phenomenal One’ but Styles turned down the offer.
