There is a 124 page lawsuit circulating around the internet, allegedly from the widow of Nelson Frazier (aka Big Daddy V). As we reported earlier, the document claims that “serious, permanent and disabling injuries” sustained during his WWE career are partially to blame for his passing.
However, a WWE representative issued the following statement to PWInsider.com in response:
“WWE has not been served with a lawsuit by Cassandra Frazier. If served, we will vigorously contest this lawsuit brought by the same lawyers who have been soliciting people to sue WWE without merit.”
