Alberto Del Rio Offered Kickboxing Deal

Former WWE Superstar Alberto “El Patron” Del Rio recently did an interview in Puerto Rico where he discussed offers for MMA fights including deals with Bellator and UFC.
Sources from UFC insist no offers were made to Alberto, but the Glory kickboxing promotion was another name that did come up. Glory airs on Spike TV along with Bellator, but it was not a joint offer for Alberto to work for both. There have been discussions that other companies made offers, including one television group, but Alberto has insisted he won’t fight unless he can make ‘significant money’ in MMA, and more than he could make in professional wrestling.
