Other then McMahon’s injury towards the end of the show, there were no injuries of note on the show other then a few who received a few bruises. For those wondering, Paul London was fine after his clothesline.
As noted last night, there are plans for Randy Orton to undergo some character changes. Orton and WWE management both know that his character has soured in the last few months and is in need of something different. Many believe the concussion angle last night may have been the beginning of that. For those curious, original plans called for Orton to win the Rumble and then face Triple H at ‘Mania. They rushed the Orton angle though and all those plans were scrapped.
