TNA NEWS:
– TNA has added a new intreview with Trinity to there website at TNAwrestling.com. In the interview Trinity talks about her stunt work, Destination X and more.
– TNA analyst Jeff Hammond will be the special guest on “NASCAR Nation” on the Speed Channel at 7PM ET on Tuesday night with replays at 10pm and 1AM.
– TNA has added a media player feature to its Impact community forums. The player is updated weekly with various entrance themes currently and previously used by TNA wrestlers.
– All DIRECTV customers with DIRECTV Tivo boxes will have access to a special TNA Wrestling presentation under the “Showcases” menu. The special showcase will also appear as an option on the Tivo main menu running Thursday, March 10 to Sunday, March 13.
– Due to some scheduling changes, TNA can no longer guarantee meet and greets after the Impact Tapings and PPV events. The wrestlers are on a very tight schedule, and most of them have to leave immediately following the show.
– TNA should announce the venue and date for the May PPV sometime in the next couple of weeks.
WWE NEWS:
– Hulk Hogan is in U.S. Weekly this week (March 14th issue) giving his thoughts on Hollywood’s New Ferocious Feuds (theres a picture of Hogan and a cat, hopefully the cat isn’t one of the million cats at the hogan estates). At the present time, there are no plans for Hogan to wrestle at Wrestlemania, but it has been discussed. There is also talk of bringing back Hogan to wrestle a few high profile matches.
– Former WWF wrestler Hillbilly Jim has recently been in talks with Sirius Satellite Radio about his own radio show on it’s outlaw country station.
– The 3/5 Raw show in Greenboro was a 4,500 sell-out for the Greensboro Coliseum Special Events Center.
