-Hulk Hogan has obtained the right’s to his name “Hulk” so that they can now use in on WWE Television. There is a lawsuit currently pending between Marvel and WWE regarding WWE’s use of the name “Hulk” but it should be dismissed as Hogan is now the owner to the right’s of that name.
