As of now, the working plan is for Hassan and Daivari to get involved in the Piper’s Pit segment at Wrestlemania.
The Sweetwater Reporter ran a story about JBL returning to his hometown of Sweetwater, Texas this past weekend to promote his syndicated radio program, “The John Bradshaw Layfield Show” which is a two-hour program covering current events, sports and politics. The article has numerous quotes from JBL, including his thoughts on being at Wrestlemania this year (“To be in the main event, this is a thrill for me”) and how he is looking forward to the Undertaker vs. Randy Orton match on the show.
Plans were till earlier this week to have Stone Cold Steve Austin appear at the Hall of Fame ceremony to induct Rowdy Roddy Piper. However this has changed over the past few days and Austin has been taken off the ceremony and replaced by the first ever Undisputed WWE champion Chris Jericho. No reason has been given as to why Austin was bumped from inducting ‘Hot Rod’.
