— Recent WWE cast-off’s Rhyno and Matt Hardy will continue to be paid by WWE for the next 90 days, and thus unavailable to work for TNA (or any pro wrestling company, for that matter) until July 10th, 2005.
— Matt Hardy is fine to use that name, as it is his real name. Rhyno however cannot use the name in that spelling as it is owned by WWE. Terry Gerin the man himself has however worked as Rhino in the past in ECW, and other companies before that.
