— During the Backlash PPV, a ‘fan’ with a Hogan tattoo was brought into the ring and featured on the broadcast. Reportedly, the ‘fan’ was New England independent referee Holyoke Joe.
Word has it that Joe spent over $5000 to get the tattoo and win the opportunity to meet Hulk Hogan in Tampa.
