Match 2: Donny Marlow (with Tamina) pinned Jacob Novak

Matt Martlaro interviewed FCW Champ Alex Riley who stated that tonight, because the fans want it so badly, he will allow Justin Gabriel to use his rematch clause as the former champion… then he said “April Fools!!!” . Asst to GM Norman Smiley, Liviana, came to the aisle and said somebody will be getting a rematch tonight, but not Gabriel… Tonight’s rematch will be with Eli Cottonwood, and because of what happened last week, it will be a “no DQ” match.

Matt Martlaro announced that over the next few weeks, there will be a tournament to crown the first ever FCW Diva’s Champion. He then brought out the “Queen Of FCW” A.J. Lee. Aksana then came to ring and talk about how much she respects and admires AJ, and the she feels that the FCW Diva’s Championship belt will be hers.

Curt Hawkins & Jackson Andrews came out to the ring and Hawkins cut a promo calling himself Mr. Wrestlemania 27 and beyond, and predicted  and Jackson Andrews the next Shawn Michaels and Big Daddy Cool.

Notes About The Show:

Jamie Keyes, once again, was the ring announcer and appears to have solidified herself in that position now that Savannah has moved on to bigger things.

Matt Martlaro & G-Rilla were given the try as the announce team for the evening once again.

It was announced that the Miami show for April 2 will feature Raw superstars Big Show, MVP, & Carlito as well as NXT Superstars will appear.

Alberto Banderas (Dos Caras Jr) has returned to action after being out with an injury since January.

In his match with Byron Saxton, Cable Jones appeared to suffer an injury to his right shoulder or collarbone. The match seemed to have an abrupt, unplanned finish and the trainer immediately came to tend to Jones. He was gently walked out by the trainer and two referees. My best wishes and hopes that injury is not serious.

Once again the Uso’s were in the match of the night as their match with Hunico (Mystico) & Tito Nieves (Orlando Colon) was loaded with rapid fire high spots and near falls. The finish came as Jimmy Uso came full speed from the ropes delivering a vicious running Samoan Spike to the throat of Tito Nieves. Great work by all four.

Roster talent noticeably missing from the show included Abraham Washington, Brett DiBiase, Caylen Croft, Conrad Tanner, Courtney Taylor, Darren Young, David Otunga, Heath Slater, Joe Hennig, Justin Gabriel, Kaval, Leo Kruger, Mason Ryan, Michael Tarver, Rosa Mendes, Savannah, Skip Sheffield, Titus O’Neill, Trent Baretta, Tyler Reks, Vance Archer, Wade Barrett, Wes Brisco, and referee Aaron “Goose” Mahoney.

Once again, the depth of WWE developmental continues to shine as another excellent FCW event, without any NXT stars and only one main roster star (Serena), left the audience adrenalized.
