Brooke Hogan took herself out of her father’s will. Now, she has explained why she regrets that decision.
Brooke Hogan, daughter of the late Hulk Hogan, voluntarily removed herself from the WWE legend’s will in 2023. According to TMZ, Brooke removed herself from the will because she didn’t want to get in a financial battle and didn’t trust those in Hulk’s inner circle.
Nearly a year after his death, Brooke Hogan says she has come to regret taking herself out of the will. Brooke told the Hollywood Raw Podcast why she took herself out of the will, and why she regrets the decision now.
“There were situations that had me so scared,” she said. “I really took myself off the will because I was actually scared for myself, my family, my safety. I regret that decision,” Brooke said (h/t ClutchPoints). “Not because of the money — I’ve never been about the money — but because now I don’t have a seat at the table.”
“There’s not enough money in the world that would matter with what I felt I was facing,” she added. “I can’t get answers, I can’t be part of decisions, and that’s the part that hurts,” she said.
Hulk Hogan’s estate named his son, Nick, as the sole beneficiary. Hulk’s wife, Sky Daily, was named a surviving spouse but not a beneficiary.
Hulk Hogan is the subject of a new Netflix documentary, Hulk Hogan: Real American, that premiered on Wednesday. Hogan did approximately 20 hours of interviews for the project, including his final interview before his death in July 2025.
