Joe Hendry may be about to make some noise on WWE RAW, but whether it’s a one-night performance or the start of something bigger remains up in the air.
According to Fightful Select via WrestleVotes, Hendry is currently planned to appear on the April 27, 2026, episode of RAW. His segment is expected to feature one of his trademark live concerts.
However, reports stress that a full-time main roster call-up has not been confirmed.
Joe Hendry’s WWE RAW concert plans fuel call-up speculation
“Joe Hendry is planned to appear… more specifically, he is planned to have a concert. We can’t confirm at this time if it’s a permanent call up,” WrestleVotes reported on X, citing Fightful Select.
The potential appearance comes at a time when WWE is actively refreshing its roster following WrestleMania 42. Ethan Page made his main roster debut on the 20th April episode of WWE RAW, while Sol Ruca is expected to step into a prominent RAW spot soon. This emphasizes a clear push toward new talent — and Hendry could be next to hit the right note.
Hendry’s character work has long revolved around his live performances, making a concert segment a fitting introduction. In wrestling terms, it’s less “walk before you run” and more “sing before you swing” — a style that has consistently drawn strong crowd reactions.
The timing is also notable. Hendry recently competed in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal on the April 17 episode of SmackDown. This appearance further signals WWE’s willingness to feature him across brands. His recent NXT trajectory, including losing the NXT Championship at Stand & Deliver, has only added to speculation that his time on the brand may be winding down.
Still, reports indicate this RAW appearance does not guarantee a permanent move. It is understood that discussions regarding his long-term placement remain ongoing.
For now, Hendry’s next step is set — microphone in hand. Whether that turns into a full-time spotlight or a one-off encore could become clearer once the music stops on April 27.
