Jey Uso recently shared a funny and honest story about one of the biggest nights of his career at WWE WrestleMania 41 and it turns out he barely remembers it.
Back at WWE WrestleMania 41 in 2025, Jey defeated Gunther to win the World Heavyweight Championship. It was a huge moment. Years of chasing that title. The celebration that followed in Las Vegas was just as big for Jey Uso.
Jey Uso reflects on celebration after WrestleMania title win
Speaking on Hot Ones Versus with Jimmy Uso, Jey was asked about his wildest Las Vegas story. He did not hesitate and went straight to that night of WrestleMania 41. He said, “PG. Well, it had to be the night I won the damn title. I don’t remember getting back.”
Jimmy jumped in right away, he said, “Oh, yeah. He don’t remember. He’s definitely having a wing. Just have it cuz yeah, he won the championship.” Jey doubled down on it. He said, “I really don’t remember.” Then he even asked his brother, “What about you? You was with me?”
Jimmy then revealed what really happened. He said, “Yeah. I uh he won the championship in Vegas that year, so I held on to it cuz he kept leaving it everywhere.” So while Jey had the biggest win of his career, the celebration after it was a blur. He reached the top and then partied hard.
At WrestleMania 42, Jey Uso will compete in a six-man tag team match. He will team up with his brother Jimmy Uso and LA Knight. They will face Logan Paul, Austin Theory and IShowSpeed. The match is scheduled to kick off the Saturday night card.
