Danhausen thanks Conan-hausen.
Much like many wrestling fans, comedian Conan O’Brien is happy to see Danhausen thriving in WWE. In a recent statement, O’Brien even praised Danhausen for being living proof that “if you marry hard work to your passion, you can go places.”
Danhausen himself has since responded to O’Brien’s remarks with a sense of gratitude. As always, though, it didn’t come without at least one person getting cursed.
“Hello. It is I, Danhausen, here. Danhausen wants to send a special thank you to Conanhausen and the team at Team Cocohausen, because you had a wonderful message on the rerun of the Danhausen episode where you said you were very proud, very evil of Danhausen. That was quite nice,” Danhausen said in a new video. “You’re not getting 20%, but you will get this thank you message. So, thank you, Conan, thank you, Sona, thank you, Gourley, and all the rest of the people at Team Coco who made this happen, everyone except for Jordan Shlansky, because you are cursed.”
In his initial statement, O’Brien noted that since Danhausen’s character was based on him, he’d expect 20% of Danhausen’s earnings. Based on Danhausen’s response, that doesn’t seem likely to happen.
Danhausen, a former AEW star, made his official WWE debut at the 2026 Elimination Chamber premium live event. In the weeks following, he unleashed “curses” upon various members of the WWE locker room, including Dominik Mysterio and The Miz.
