Seth Rollins Confirms WWE Elimination Chamber Status

UPDATE: So… Seth Rollins lied.

Seth Rollins has provided an injury update and confirmed his status for the WWE Elimination Chamber PLE.

Former World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins has been on the sidelines since sustaining a shoulder injury during his match against Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel 2025. He underwent surgery last October and provided regular updates on his recovery.

Just like in the previous PLEs since his injury, WWE fans are buzzing with speculation about whether Seth Rollins might return at tomorrow’s Elimination Chamber. The assumptions have only grown stronger since WWE introduced the mystery masked man, who continues to attack the Vision members with Rollins’ Curb Stomp. Now, the Visionary himself has provided an update.

During his recent appearance on ESPN First Take to promote the event, Seth Rollins confirmed that he will not be doing anything this weekend during WWE Elimination Chamber. He also provided an injury update, revealing he can move his arm around and that he’s getting close to returning.

“No, I will not be doing anything this weekend,” Seth Rollins confirmed. “But we’re getting close. I mean, look, I can move it around. It’s not in a sling anymore. It’s feeling good. It was in October when I got the surgery, so you look at the timeline, we’re getting close. We’re not all the way there, but we’re getting close, guys.”

While he has confirmed that he won’t be there for the event, Seth Rollins’ wife, Becky Lynch, will be there, as she will defend her Women’s Intercontinental Championship against AJ Lee.
