WWE’s Tiffany Stratton Comments On Knee Injury Causing Potential In-Ring Changes

Tiffany Stratton just needed a few weeks to recover.

Stratton spoke with WrestleZone Managing Editor Bill Pritchard at WWE 2K26 Creator Fest at WWE Headquarters about the knee injury that kept her sidelined towards the end of 2025. Stratton said that she tried to stay busy during her hiatus, but remained focused despite not appearing on WWE TV for a stretch.

“So, I do love to work out. That is probably one of my passions other than wrestling, so I stayed in the gym, I stayed lifting weights. I would go to the [WWE Performance Center] here and there, just to make sure that I’m not missing a step or anything when I get back,” Stratton explained. “I’ve still been training, I’ve been dialed in, even though I’ve been having time off. And I just bought a house, so I’ve been focusing on furnishing and finishing my house. [I’m] spending time with my new puppy, so that’s all been really fun.”

Tiffany Stratton says she’s not really changing her in-ring style up

Tiffany Stratton was asked if she had to change her in-ring style due to her knee injury. Were there any preventative measures she was taking to avoid a repeat injury?

Stratton said she didn’t really make any changes, noting that she just needed some rest.

“No, I wouldn’t say that [I had to adjust],” Stratton explained. “It wasn’t that serious where I’d say I have to avoid anything. It was just something that needed a couple weeks of time off and to repair. So yeah, [I’m] not really changing anything.”

Tiffany Stratton, Rhea Ripley, Alexa Bliss, Asuka, Kiana James and Raquel Rodriguez will collide inside the Elimination Chamber, with the winner earning a title shot at WrestleMania 42.
