Kevin Nash Reveals Why He Still Has A Grudge With WWE’s CM Punk

WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash has explained why he still holds a grudge against CM Punk.

Nash and Punk clashed back in 2011, when Nash attacked Punk at WWE SummerSlam. Their feud quickly became heated, with Punk firing shots at Nash in a now-famous promo where he joked about Nash being dead. Fans expected the two to eventually face off in a match.

WWE originally planned a match between them at Night of Champions, but it never happened. This led to WWE to replace him with Triple H in a match against Punk. Speaking on his Kliq This podcast, Nash said he never cared about Punk insulting him on television. In fact, he said he was happy Punk did it.

He revealed why he still holds a grudge against CM Punk and it has nothing to do with their unfinished feud.

“The one thing CM Punk did that Kevin Nash could never forgive him [for]. People will say, ‘Buried you that promo where you couldn’t cut one back?’ No, dude. I was f*cking glad because he was f*cking over. Where his heat with me is, he left ten f*cking years of huge money on the floor. That’s my heat. I don’t give a f*ck what you do in f*cking wrestling.”

Nash says he will never understand or forgive for Punk choosing to leave a lucrative career behind in 2014.

“I’ve said it from day one on this show, two things are real – f*cking money and the miles. It ain’t miles and money. Money and miles. You ain’t doing no miles if there ain’t no money. When Roman [Reigns] said to him, ‘You took your ball and went home for ten years.’ Done.” [H/T: ewrestlingnews]
