Brie Bella Confirms She’s Back With WWE Full-Time

Brie Bella has confirmed that she is officially back with WWE on a full-time basis after returning at the 2026 Royal Rumble.

Brie Bella shocked fans when she entered the Women’s Royal Rumble match at No. 29. The appearance marked her first match since the 2022 Royal Rumble. During the match, the Bella twin also eliminated Lyra Valkyria, making her return even more memorable.

Speaking on the IMPAULSIVE podcast, Brie made it clear that her WWE comeback is not a one-off. She confirmed, “Oh no, I’m back. I’m back full-time.” Brie explained that she had waited patiently for over a year to return. Nonetheless, the timing aligned for all parties only recently.

“I think I’d really put it out there the last year, I really wanted to make a run. I think I had to wait for timing, so it was definitely a me idea that I started to manifest and want and make happen, but I was just waiting for the call, and I didn’t know if the call was gonna come or not, I’ll be honest, I really didn’t know.” Logan Paul further questioned her as he asked Brie if she was unhappy that her sister got to return in 2025.

She replied, “No, not at all (jealous Nikki returned without her). Happy. I’m always happy for anything she gets in life, and I think, to be honest, the time she got the call, I wasn’t ready. I wouldn’t have been ready. So I think that’s why timing really worked out.”

Brie Bella states that she was surprised when WWE asked her to return

Brie Bella said Nikki Bella was prepared for her comeback, while she needed more time, which made the timing work out perfectly in the end. “I feel like sometimes in life we feel like we’re ready for something, and you realise you’re not, and I very much have realised Nikki was ready when she went back and I definitely wasn’t, I needed the time. So time has definitely been on my side.”

“What I love is that, I did throw it out there, I feel like a lot, when I was on a red carpet, I said ‘still waiting for the call’. I definitely did that, so I think that helped get their wheels going, but when I did get the call I was shocked. I was like ‘really? alright’.” [H/T: Wrestletalk]

Following her reunion with Nikki Bella on WWE RAW earlier this week, the Hall of Famers didn’t waste any time making their intentions clear. They stated that they want a shot at the WWE Women’s Tag Team titles.
