Fans across the WWE Universe are big fans of Netflix’s WWE: Unreal, but former WWE star D-Von Dudley isn’t.
During a recent video posted to his YouTube channel, Dudley reacted to some of Season 2 of Unreal, which is out now on Netflix. The WWE legend didn’t hold back his distaste for the show. According to Dudley, he thinks it “sucks” and ruins what makes wrestling so good.
“I’ll be honest with you, I would prefer it not to exist. And this is just me, the old school me, because again, I just feel like you shouldn’t let the magic out of the box,” D-Von said. “I just feel like you really shouldn’t be telling our secrets but the business has changed and that’s the way it is now. There’s nothing I can do or say that will bring it back to yesterday. Yesterday is gone and that’s it. End of story. It’s gone.” [H/T: Fightful]
For Dudley, this isn’t the first time he’s shared these views on WWE: Unreal. In October 2025, Dudley spoke with VideoGamer and echoed many of his sentiments. To Dudley, the business and behind-the-scenes ongoings of WWE should remain secrets, with fans left to just enjoy the show.
