WWE Star Stephanie Vaquer Breaks Silence On Injury With Powerful Message

WWE Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer has shared a powerful message while dealing with an ankle injury.

A few weeks ago, Vaquer revealed that she was banged up but made it clear she would not vacate the Women’s World Championship. She later showed fans the severity of the injury by posting a photo of her visibly swollen ankle.

Despite the injury, WWE continued her storyline with Raquel Rodriguez, who brutally attacked the champion. Reports later confirmed the angle was meant to set up another singles match, with rumors suggesting the two could clash as early as the Royal Rumble.

It was confirmed that WWE are planning to have a match as soon as she is cleared. While the injury is legitimate, it is considered minor, and reports suggest she could be cleared relatively quickly.

While Rodriguez has mocked Vaquer’s injury on television, the champion did not appear on this week’s episode of WWE Raw on Netflix. However, Rodriguez helped Judgment Day members Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez attack Women’s Tag Team Champions Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky.

Now sidelined with the ankle injury, Vaquer took to X to reassure fans and send a clear message about her mindset. She wrote, “Being a champion means facing challenges, overcoming injuries, and returning to the ring stronger than ever, you have no idea what a true champion really is. I will return, and I will personally show you what it truly means to be an honorable and real champion ?”

Vaquer’s message makes it clear that she plans to come back stronger and prove herself once she is cleared to return.
