The WWE Universe demanded it, and the company seemingly listened. It appears one of the company’s most popular teams has a new name.
In recent months, the friendship between Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY eventually turned into a tag team as a duo. Seeing them team up and fight against SKY’s former stablemates in The Kabuki Warriors. The team was affectionately dubbed RHIYO by the WWE Universe, and earlier this year, went on to capture the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles.
But now it seems like that name is going to stick moving forward. Not only did IYO SKY use the tag team name this afternoon on RAW, but the team is now being recognized under that name on WWE’s official website.

RHIYO is scheduled to defend the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles against Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez later this month at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
