Bron Breakker is paying the price for putting his hands on Adam Pearce during WWE RAW.
Breakker let his emotions get the best of him tonight. The former NXT Champion ran roughshod during Austin Theory and Bronson Reed’s tag team match against Dragon Lee and Penta in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Bron Breakker took out Lee with a vicious spear, causing the match to end in a disqualification. He then leveled Penta with the same move before Bronson Reed intensified the assault with a Tsunami. Breakker capped things off by delivering a second spear to Lee.
An irate Adam Pearce confronted Breakker over his actions, prompting the Vision star to shove the RAW General Manager into the turnbuckle. Fortunately for Pearce, Breakker’s Vision stablemates were able to hold him back.
Adam Pearce informed Bron Breakker that he was suspended indefinitely
Backstage, Pearce confronted Breakker once again and informed him that he had been suspended indefinitely. As Bronson Reed pulled a furious Breakker away, Paul Heyman pointed out that the RAW General Manager had put his hands on Bron first.
Heyman’s comment seemed to tease a potential loophole that could force the matchmaker to reluctantly reinstate Breakker.
The angle comes one week after Bron Breakker failed to defeat CM Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of WWE RAW. Speaking of Punk, he is scheduled to defend his title against Finn Bálor next week in Belfast, Ireland.
