Liv Morgan issued a straightforward warning to the WWE locker room.
Morgan competed this weekend at WWE’s live event in Tampa. This was Liv’s first match back since returning from injury. Prior to this weekend, Liv had not competed in a WWE ring since June.
After her match, Liv Morgan bragged about how great she is, noting that she hopes the locker room is scared of her, because they should be.
“I’m the greatest of all time,” Liv Morgan screamed at the camera. “I’m the greatest of all time, are you kidding me? I hope that everyone in the back is f*cking terrified, because they should be.”
Liv Morgan defeated Lyra Valkyria at WWE’s Holiday Tour live event at the Amalie Arena in Tampa. The show was also notable for a few other reasons, including Gunther doing the 6-7 emote and CM Punk taking part in a couple’s gender reveal.
Liv Morgan returned early from injury
During a recent appearance on Going Ringside, Liv Morgan’s tag team partner, Raquel Rodriguez, shared that Liv made an early comeback from her injury.
“If I know Liv as well as I think I do, I’m actually not surprised. Because that girl is hungry; she’s hungry for success. She’s hungry for a championship. She’s hungry just to be better and to be the best she can be,” Raquel said.
“As a fellow athlete, when you get taken out due to illness or injury, it’s incredibly difficult to sit on the sidelines and just watch. That hunger builds up while you’re watching and really drives you to get back in.
“The fact that she was able to get through rehab, return to 100%, and come back early — I’m very, very happy that she’s back in Judgment Day and on Monday Night Raw. I think everybody else is too. We’re all thrilled to see her back.”
