During a recent episode of JCW Lunacy, Vince Russo booked a Pole Match and had a hilarious response as to why.
During the latest episode of JCW Lunacy, a show by Juggalo Championship Wrestling, Vince Russo booked a big match. The show saw Russo pit James Storm and Kerry Morton against one another in a Pole Match. Storm, nicknamed “The Cowboy,” quickly went up to Russo, demanding to know what his thought process was.
Russo then quickly noted that “anything on a pole is over,” joking that the “ratings prove it.” Russo, of course, is notorious for being a big fan of the Pole Match. Throughout the 1990s, during his time with WCW and WWE, Russo promoted and booked several Pole Matches.
